We only ship to the continental USA.

Our shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Here are the details of our policy:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

In stock items are dispatched in 3 to 5 days.

Transit Time is 3-5 days

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number for you to monitor its delivery status.

After payment is completed, we confirm orders and process them within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on Sundays or holidays. During the holiday season, orders may be delayed due to a high volume of orders. If there is any delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or mobile phone. We will send order status updates and order notes (if any) through email. If you do not receive any updates, please check your junk/spam folder.

Damages

We take pride in providing high-quality products and ensure that they are securely and properly packed. However, if you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the damage immediately and contact us at Support@powerlabgen.com.  We will assist you with the next steps.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The shipping and respective delivery dates for in stock items are automatically calculated after you enter your address during checkout. Please keep in mind that we require 1-2 days to prepare your parcel before shipping. Delivery is only available on working days, from Mon to Fri / 9 am to 6 pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.  Depending on size and weight of the purchased item, we will ship either FedEX, UPS, USPS, and LTL.  We only ship to the continental USA.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to check the status of your delivery. However, once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we will not have control over the handling and delivery time. Therefore, we advise customers to contact the courier for the latest update and further information.

OTHER INFORMATION

Your order will ship from a warehouse located in the USA. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse to speed up delivery time.

Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Return Policy

Returns

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us a video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

At Powerlabgen, we strive to dispatch items promptly. Please allow 1-2 days for production time; most orders are shipped within 3-5 days, often sooner. We will update you with shipping times once you place your order. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped.

User Manual

Warranty Period
BLUETTI warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,

  • For the product of portable power station, the warranty period varies from 24 months to 72 months.
  • For the product of home backup system, the warranty period varies from 48 months to 60 months.
  • For the product of solar panel and accessories as cable, charger etc, 12 months is provided for the warranty service.


Warranty Statement
Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:

Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.
Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

Exclusions of Warranty
1. Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
2. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
3. Purchased from unauthorized resellers;
4. Use for special application other than normal consumer use;
5. Lost, stolen or full refunded product;
6. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
7. Invalid proof of purchase;
8. Warranty period expired
9. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;
10. Unauthorized alteration on the warranty certificate;
11. Product wear and tear through the usage of time.
